My Photos On Windows Live
A new link has been added to the Cabra History.Com website making it easier for people to access all of the albums of my Dublin Photo collection. The link is on the cover page of the site and is called ‘My Photos On Windows Live’. If you click on the link it will open onto the albums for you. You can then click on any of the album covers to view its contents, then click on any photo in the album and it will enlarge on the screen. This is a quicker and easier way of uploading my own personal photo collection onto the site. However photos submitted to the site will still be placed onto the older system in order to protect their copyright. I hope you enjoy looking at my photo collection as much as I enjoy taking the photos. Wherever I go I always carry a camera with me and especially if I am in Dublin city centre. If a photo opportunity raises it’s head I have my camera at the ready. The above photograph was taken on Easter Monday in Sean McDermot Street at the unveiling of a plaque to the first volunteer killed in the 1916 rising.
